Terms for merchants
Last updated: June 28, 2026
Merchants must provide accurate company details, contact information, trade licence information where applicable, product feed data, pricing, shipping, availability, and destination URLs.
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, product titles, GTIN/EAN or MPN data, availability, delivery promises, warranties, refunds, returns, and customer service.
Only approved, active merchants with a positive wallet balance and available budget can have offers shown publicly. CPC charges are recorded for valid outbound clicks through internal tracking links.
Repeated clicks, admin clicks, merchant self-clicks, obvious bot traffic, and other invalid clicks may be recorded without charging the merchant.
Merchants must not submit misleading products, unsafe URLs, prohibited goods, duplicate spam offers, or feeds that intentionally manipulate comparison results.
Sponsored placements, if introduced later, must be clearly labeled and must not hide material price or merchant information.
We may reject, suspend, or remove merchants and offers to protect shoppers, comply with marketplace rules, prevent invalid click activity, or maintain feed quality.
